Toolbar does not refresh when changing Padre's language

Windows XP SP3, Strawberry Perl 5.10, Wx 0.91, wxWidgets 2.8.10
Padre SVN @ r4776

When you change the language setting of Padre (via View->Language->...) the short help message of the toolbar icons doesn't get translated. I already took a peek at the relocale code for the toolbar and the bug seems to occur when trying to replace the toolbar, so it could be a Wx bug as well.

It works for me here on vista sp1. Can you try it again with Padre 0.47 and reopen the bug if it happens?
