On each open file and in the directory browser right click should
allow the following:

Compare With
 
 * Base revision
 * Latest From Repository and other revision control related comparisons
 * Local history:
   * Shows a window with the save points and the user 
     can select one point and see the diff in two windows 
     side by side where the left window shows the current 
     version and it is changeable and the right window show 
     the old version.

We could also provide a diff between two older version without the possibility to edit either of those.
