add splash page or progress bar on startup

Description

When starting padre with 10-20 open files it can take several seconds to open all the files.
I think it would be better to put a splash screen or a progress bar on startup.

Thought I'd fiddle with GIMP and google effects and see what I could come up with for a splashscreen.

It's nothing flash.

I'd really like to see a splashscreen for Padre startup, bit like Netbeans has where you have a progress bar and it tells you what it's loading.

If you make a splash screen, please make it deactivatable.

Fixed in r6831. Padre has a nice or awesome blue butterfly.
