When switching sessions padre is stuck for a while

Description

Switching to anothe session involves closing all the files in the editor and then opening all the other files. This can take several seconds during which Padre is frozen. It hink we cannot do this in the background but somehow we should preserve the feeling of the responsiveness.

Progress Bars have been added for both closing all files and opening a session.
