Links in the docbrowser in the Plugin Manager should work

While looking at the docs of the Alarm plugin one can see a link to Audio::Beep

In the regular docbrowser this link works (albeit slowly) but in the docbrowser in the Plugin Manager it does not do anything.
I think it should follow the link possibly opening the real docbrowser.
