Ecliptic: quick menu access empty filter does not show anything

Description

When opening the quick menu access of Ecliptic it has no filter and no entry in the list. If I type in a filter and then delete the filter all the entries are show.

So the 'no filter' is not consisten.

Is either of those a bug or is this a feature ?
