Padre::Plugin::SpellCheck crashing after finsihing

Description

Sometime the Spell checker crashes padre after finishing the spell checking.

I tried to debug it as it happen a few time but now I cannot get it crash again. 

(padre:22357): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_window_set_modal: assertion `GTK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed

Ubuntu 9.04 using trunk r6337
