Integrate open selection with open resource

Just thinking aloud
open selection - if clicked without a selection opens a window where the user can type in a module name or a path and then it will open it. This window could be a filtering window similar to the open-resource in Ecliptic.

If there was a selection but Padre could not find anything that fits
now you get an error message. In the future it could open the already integrated open resource window and have that as a filter.

In turn the open resource could remain limited to the current project or it could also look for files in @INC or in other places.
