Description

Allow the user to specify environment variables to be set in the context of program execution. Such as PATH, PERL5LIB, and LD_LIBRARY_PATH so that alternate environments may be used for application testing.

some of these maybe set in the preferences but we need to be able to set them per project as well and sometimes even per execution of a single script.
