Mouse is being locked on popup while selecting

Description

If you're selecting some text using your mouse and a window appears (for example "file has changed on disk - do you want to reload?"), the mouse ist still reserved for the selecting and you can't click any of the new window's buttons.

The new window could still be controlled by using the keyboard.
