quick access to open files

Description

i'd like to have a quick access to open files, à-la ctrl+3 to jump to existing menu items. when typing, it will filter out open files, just as it does with ctrl+3.

Does Search/Open? Resource (Ctrl-Shift-R) fill that need?

no. i don't know what a "resource" is in this case, but it does not list all the opened files.
