context help of Perl 5 (F2) duplicate entries, missing entries

Description

"open" shows up 3 times with the same content
"while", "for", "given" don't show up at all

selecting text and pressing F2 does not make any difference it does not filter automatically on that string

F2 text selection is done in r7393 and r7394
