Description
Either on the download page or inside any binary distribution of Padre (usually .zip files) we should have instructions on how to use it:
perlw.exe padre
Change History
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.

The padre comes with lot of other stuff - I mean f.ex. straberry. So user after dowloading .zip file do not know what to do next, how to install it (or maybe just extract? if so, where?), how to run padre etc.
I managed to guess it is "perlw.exe padre" but it is not obvious. people are now used to very easy installation (especially windows users) - click, click, agree to something, and the app just runs. Of course perl developers may be a bit more computer-savvy, but why not make their life easier?
