Description

Installation of Padre on Windows, either via CPAN or an MSI installer should install it as a standard Windows app - stand-alone directory under Program Files (or selected location) with uninstall support, Start menu integration, right-click on a file name in Explorer and a "Open with Padre" item, optional desktop icon, etc.
