Anonymous on IRC: there should be an option beneath preferences that says "open Padre/config.yml" for those who grok yml

I am not so sure about the need for this. Normally a user should never need to edit that file - everything should have a way to be changed via the GUI. Besides this editing should somehow be in sync with padre that once in a while might save the file from its internal state.
