Create a page listing the features of Padre

On the real web site create a page listing the main features of Padre both core and those available in plugins, both existing and planned features.

For each feature where possible create an example on how to use that feature. (e.g. the various refactoring options, setting up a syntax highlighter, writing a plugin etc.)

The Features page of the wiki should be reused and that should be also updated with links to the relevant open tickets.

For now I have started to enhance the Features page. I think the best and easiest would be to first fill that page with the list of existing and planned features of padre along with entries to tickets when relevant.
Explanation on what the features do and how to use them or links to examples.

Later we can think of moving some of the list to the main site.
