Description
So you can install new plugins on the fly without a restart
Gabor: should not that be part of reload plugins or done automatically every time you open the plugin manager?

Tried by a lot of IDEs and failed... Basically at one point a plugin needs an event that needs a restart. Or maybe im too win32-ish :)
Not relevant until proven otherwise. I am closing this one.
