Padre auto converts EOLs automatically

Description

On win32, I always get this message when opening a perfectly unix file:

Converting file.pl to WIN at D:/tools/padre/Padre/li
b/Padre/Wx/Editor.pm line 1245.

Auto conversion really messed up things and as Alias++ said earlier it should be killed instantly :) When opening any UNIX file on win32, you'll get a star which means that the file has been modified even though you did not type anything yet.
