Description
The reason is simply described in File::Remove's documentation.
Requires Win32::FileOp. Installation not actually enforced on Win32 yet, since Win32::FileOp has badly failing dependencies at time of writing.
It needs Win32::FileOp? which fairly stale since 2003. Even with Win32::FileOp? installed, it deletes it but does not actually put in the recycle bin/trash.
Adding Win32::FileOp? adds like three new dependencies to an Almost Six installation. But it installs correctly.
