Description
I think it is customary in the Windows world to have an icon next to in the application folder to uninstall the application. If so I think Padre Standalone should have one too.

I agree with CSJewell: the right place for uninstall is only the Add/Remove? control panel.

In the <Guidelines/Windows? Environment/Start? Menu/Guidelines/Start? menu files>, it says:
Put only program shortcuts on the Start menu. Don’t put shortcuts to the following items on the Start menu:
- Program uninstallers. Users access uninstallers through the Programs control panel item.

Actually, it's not. In fact, Microsoft tells people who want the "Certified for Windows *" logos NOT to do that. People do it anyway, and we COULD...
