Description
I started a page called
http://padre.perlide.org/trac/wiki/Plugins
that could be used to think over what kind of information we would like have (maybe in a database) about plugins.
some ideas:
- keywords
- several categories
- a description
- people being able to vote on plugins
some of this could be connected to existing services of CPAN
