Find and Find/Replace dialogs change focus to the editor panel after "No Matches Found"

Description

After a "No Matches Found" error from a search or search/replace dialog, the focus should return to the dialog, so the search term can be adjusted.

Currently it incorrectly goes to the active editor panel
