Padre's Menu should now Include Refactor

Looking at the link

​https://eclipse-tutorial.dev.java.net/visual-tutorials/refactoringrenamefieldandmethod.html

It shows the eclipse IDE with a menu "Refactor".

To me I think even though Padre "only" has 3 refactoring tools currently ( being rename variable, introduce temp variable and extract subroutine ), this is clearly where they belong.

The Perl Menu isn't that clear to me when looking for refactoring tools in the ide.
