Padre 0.45 MSI installation failure

Description

I have tried to install padre via padre-standalone-0.45.msi but the msi fails because my pc does not have a c:\. Attached is a screen shot of what I am seeing.

Please try the new 0.50 MSI installer from http://padre.perlide.org/download.html
