Description

Integrate Padre with searching CPAN, displaying documentation from there and installing modules from CPAN.

Once we have this feature, it would be nice if Padre's console detected "Can't locate in @INC" errors and automatically opened the CPAN GUI to help novices find and install the correct module (​http://use.perl.org/~Alias/journal/40120)

We now have MetaCPAN integration through CPAN Explorer view.
