Padre 0.08 crashes on Windows XP

Description

I just upgraded to version 0.08 of Padre and I cannot seem to start Padre any more. Every time I try it simply crashes and I have to send an error report to Microsoft.

I am running strawberry perl 5.10 on Windows XP. I have to mention that version 0.07 worked fine - it was a b*h to install but it worked ;) however, since I successfully installed version 0.08 its all gone bad.

Unfortunately I can't think of a way to retrieve the error message for attachment =(

I suspect the toolbar.

Please try to comment out all the lines regarding the $tool_bar in Padre::Wx::MainWindow?
around rows 204-210.

I tried that but it still crashes. I have attached the error file generated and sent to Microsoft if that would be of any use.
