Weird padre Close bug on 0.49

Description

Reproducing process:

Prerequisites:
install Win32::GuiTest?;

Steps:
1) Open the attached Script in Padre
2) Run it with F5

Results:
3) It will ask to kill running process
4) Padre will close

Expected
5) Padre not close
