Description

Use Parrot for PHP highlighting if both Padre::Plugin::Parrot and Padre::Plugin::PHP are installed as Scintilla's PHP highlighting seems to be broken.

let's keep this user configurable as it is now (and see if the scintilla highlighter is really broken or just not configured well)

Fixed now... PHP highlighting is now great in Padre because of the new Wx::Scintilla.
