Expected language settings in the Preferences, not under "View"

Wanted to change from the (for me) default Norwegian translation to the english one, and looked for the translation/language settings in the Preferences window.

My assumption was that "changing the language of all the menu items is a big change, so I wouldn't expect to find something like that easy accessible, like under View/Language?". (Anyhoo, changing languages isn't something I do often, so why should that feature be equally accessible as features I use a lot?)

I agree with you. The menu is already quite full ...
