Proper XS lexing/highlighting

Description

We need a proper lexer/highlighter for XS. Currently, I set it to use the STC 'C' lexer. That's bad, of course.

To fix this, one could try:

a) Research whether any of the existing, Padre-compatible lexer frameworks does it (Kate, second look at STC)
b) Check other highlighters. vim, I'm looking at you.
c) Write our own.

I think Wx::Scintilla satisfies this requirement. We will be making fixes to LexPerl?.cxx once we get it upgrade from 1.79 to 2.27.
