Cannot Close Outline Window

Description

Wx Version=(0.93) wxWidgets 2.8.10 unicode=(1)

This is perl, v5.10.0 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

Step to Reproduce:

1) open Padre
2) press Alt+L
3) Click on the Outline Tab

What Happens:
A text field popups

What should happen:

No Text Field. It should allow me to drag the outline window.

What kind of text field pops up? Could you produce a screenshot?

I can close the Outline window.

However, I agree that the Outline tab should be draggable in order so that the different windows (outline, function list, etc.) can be re-arranged inside the right-hand panel.

I set the priority to minor, as this does not seem to be that bad.
Please change again (and give more details) if you think otherwise.
