crashing padre in 4 steps

Description

  1. create a directory
  2. create a file in that directory
  3. open this file in padre
  4. remove the directory in a shell outside of padre

==> padre crashes

Padre doesn't crash here (Ubuntu, trunk) even while trying hard.

Reproduce conditions:

  • Enable syntax checker
  • force Padre to handle the file as a Perl file (or use a Perl file)

Need to know some things to diagnose this.

  1. What operating system.
  2. What was the system current working directory at the time that you started padre, and was it inside that directory?

  1. linux mandriva. but it seems sewi can reproduce with ubuntu
  2. launched from $HOME
