Allow changing the FunctionList sort order by right click

Description

Changing the FunctionList? sort order is something you often want to do on the fly. Seeing functions listed in natural vs sorted order can let you quickly gain insights on the structure of a class.

Currently, you need to go through the hassle of changing it via the Preferences dialog.

This is more cumbersome than it needs to be.

Add a new right-click menu to the function list tool that allows the ability to change the function list settings on the fly.

I want the same thing for Outline.

And it shouldn't be a preference item at all.
