Window Menu is not refreshing.

Description

If you open up the Window menu, check what the listed tabs are.

To try this out -

Open Padre
Click on Window menu, the last item is Unsaved 1 ( if you don't have sessions turned on ).

Open up a new file.

Click on the window menu... still Unsaved 1.
