Recent files does not display anything on Padre startup

Description

Open Padre and make sure you have opened a couple of files and then close Padre. Open Padre again and you will find that the recent list (File | Recent Files) is empty until you open a file.

The line was commented in r10792 and the bug was fixed in r10867 until Alias comes up with a better solution.
