Improve the "Live Support" menu

Description
Right now (as 0.57), the help menu looks like this:
- Live Support
- Padre Support (English)
- Perl Help
- Visit the Perl Monks
I suggest moving the PerlMonks? option into the "Live Support" menu:
- Live Support
- Padre Support (English)
- Visit the Perl Monks
- Perl Help
It would be also interesting to group the different kinds of support one can expect from the community (chat, web, and local groups):
- Live Support
- Padre Support (in English) # -> padre irc channel
- Perl Support (in English) # -> perl irc channel
- Perl Forum (in English) # -> Perl Monks
- Perl Groups in my city # -> www.pm.org
