Shortcut Open Selection dialog is there is only one option

Most people hitting the Open Selection know what they want.

They are either opening another class in the same project, or opening a module they think is on the system.

The dialog to select a file makes sense if there are more than one hit on that selection, but if there is only one option the file is almost certainly the one that the user is trying to open.

Shortcut this dialog and immediately open the file, in the case there is only one option.

I would be happier if this was a config option defaulting to "show dialog always" and if the window had a check box "Don't show this dialog if there is only one choice".
