Description

It would be nice to be able to (optionally?) use the regex editor to edit the TODO regex in the Preferences dialog

How should that work?

One idea is to have a button on the Preference window next to the
'RegExp? for TODO panel'
called 'Edit with regex editor' That would open the regex editor with the
current regex of the TODO panel and remember that when the user presses
'Insert' that should be save back to the preference panel.
