direct manipulation in outline

Description

It would be nice to be able to perform direct manipulation of the (Perl or other) document using the outline pane:

Add/remove pragamata
Add/remove used modules
Add/Remove? methods/subs
Copy/Paste? methods/subs
Rename methods/subs
