Syntax highlighting for POD files

Description

It would be nice to have a syntax highlighting mode for pure .pod files.

Right now they are interpreted as Perl files, and all grey.

even better: support pod::pseudopod extensions

I imagine we need to fix LexPerl?.cxx in Wx::Scintilla to provide in POD highlighting. Please provide a more detailed plan of what needs to be highlighted.
