(wishlist) text cursor position should be highlighted in the outline

If the text cursor is located inside a sub, or at a use statement, the corresponding outline entry should be highlighted. This would be useful e.g. if you load a file that has previously been edited, where the cursor is thus memorized and at line N. If the subroutine is longer than one screen, you may have no idea where you are right now - but you'd see it in the outline.
