"use 5.008" does not show up in the outline

Description

"use 5.008" does not show up in the outline. I guess it should show up in the "Pragmata" section.

How to reproduce: Activate "Show Outline" in the "View" menu, load a Padre source code file.

But it isn't a pragmata, it's a dependency.
