Padre 'help' depends on POD2-Base on Strawberry Perl on Windows XP.

Description

This is Strawberry perl, v5.10.1 (*) built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

Wx Version=(0.970101) wxWidgets 2.8.10 unicode=(1)

Padre help won't work unless the module POD2-Base is installed. Clicking on help triggers an alert titled 'Help not found' with the message 'Searched for 'Padre' and failed'.

Any attempt to search perldoc through the Padre help dialog returns a similar message.

Context help works fine.
