About Box takes long time to load the first time

On my computer, it takes about 10 seconds to load the About box.
Some other windows also take quite a while (when being loaded for the first time).

Maybe Padre could use a task that pre-loads such dialog boxes (or the necessary modules, or whatever makes them use so much time).

Is this still the case with 0.90+?

Still slow on my machine as of r16481.

Fixed in trunk with About 2.0 dialog by bowtie++
