[Perl6] - it would be nice to have a configuration option for RAKUDO_DIR

Description

When RAKUDO_DIR is not set, I get the following error message:
"Either perl6 needs to be in the PATH or RAKUDO_DIR must point to the directory of the Rakudo checkout."

It would be nice to be able to set a variable like RAKUDO_DIR also inside the plug-in.

This would also make using Perl 6 easier for users that are not used to command-line interfaces etc.
