Provide a way to create eclipse style tutorials

... and some starting tutorials for padre itself

I just started using Eclipse and selected the first "helloworld" tutorial - it would be awesome to do the same in perl 5 or perl 6.

Essentially it's a small panel that could easily just be an html widget with links to say what to do, and tick to complete - Eclipse also allowed you to click the link for the IDE to do each bit for you (i.e. open project, complete fields, paste text) - even without that, it would be good to have a way to easily build such tutorials, wizards or interactive help.
