saving and loading of key binding settings

Description

It would be neat to be able to save+load keyboard shortcuts separately from the other settings.

This would allow us to offer combinations of shortcuts that approximate the behaviour of other editors and IDEs, e.g. GNOME's gedit, Kate, Eclipse/EPIC, MonoDevelop?, etc.
