PPI syntax highlighter does not highlight some keywords/built-in functions

Description

The PPI highlighter does not highlight some operators, keywords, and the built-in functions, e.g. 'if', 'say', 'exists', 'map' and 'split' in the attached screenshot.

The PPI syntax highlighter has been disabled now, wont fix.

Mayrefile it if we turn it back on later.
