    1 In order to reduce the likeliness of SPAM and to make sure you get follow-up e-mail on the issues you report we require registration with a valid e-mail address in order to open a ticket or report a bug. Unfortunately the system got too spam ridden so we had to turn of the web based registration. 
    2 In order to get an account, please join the [http://padre.perlide.org/irc.html?channel=padre #padre irc channel] and ask one of the admins to create an account for you on trac. For this we'll need an e-mail address and a preferred username.
